How Annual Fees are Prorated for Upgrading Dealers

Dealers that are existing Dot Com site owners who wish to upgrade to the new Gen II program prior to their current site coming up for annual renewal, will be charged a prorated amount for the package you choose based on the time left until your renewal date.

Example

You have an original Dot Com site and your last renewal date was July 1st. You decide to upgrade to a Gen II site in January. Upgrading to a Wildcat Package would break down like this:

-- The Wildcat Annual fee is $288. That figures to $24 per month.
-- Upgrading in January means only 6 months until the annual renewal date in July.
-- 6 months of the Wildcat package would total: $144
-- However, you already paid $15 per month for those 6 months for the basic service when you renewed last July. We discount that remaining amount from the prorated Wildcat price of $144, leaving only an additional charge of $54 to take you to your next Annual Renewal date at the Wildcat level.

-- ( $24 per month - $15 per month already paid = $9 per month x number of months until renewal date)

An upgrade to a Turf Tiger package would be like this:
-- ( $29 per month - $15 per month paid = $14 per month x number of months until renewal date)

 

Upgrading from the original Dot Com Program at anytime is easy. You just sign-up like normal, and we'll figure all your discounts and fees, and break them down for you in an invoice prior to you paying for the upgrade, so that you see exactly what you're paying for before you pay.

Upgrading from the original Dot Com Program to a new Gen II basic Tiger Cub Package will require no addtional prorated fee.

Regarding the Set-up fee with each new Gen II account: Existing Dot Com dealers receive a 50% discount off the standard $150 set-up fee when upgrading.
